On sale service:

Plans for knowledge and skills training of product application and testing, providing RO membrane system design scheme or participation plan
Process: The marketing department and R & D center will provide customers with on-site training in product application and testing knowledge and skills; participate in the design of customers’ RO system solutions and field application guidance; help customers establish and implement product application, testing and maintenance standards and operations guiding book.

After-sale service:

Quality assurance services during product use, acceptance of product quality complaints and customer service requests, customer care, etc.
