Acidic Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Project of a Group in Guizhou


In the acidic wastewater treatment and reuse project of a group in Guizhou, the factory wastewater containing phosphorus and fluoride is collected and treated through a pretreatment and multi-stage acid-resistant membrane concentration system before being reused in production. The brine of high concentration produced by membrane treatment is used as a production raw material, achieving effective utilization of wastewater. Pioneered by VONTRON, it provides new technical supports for ecological governance in the Yangtze River Basin. This project fully adopted acid-resistant membranes (pH tolerance range: 1-3) independently developed by VONTRON, saving more than 30% of operating costs compared to traditional processes, and achieving a win-win result for both environmental and economic benefits.
