Hollow Fiber Pressure UF Series

Hollow Fiber Pressure Ultrafiltration (UF) is an advanced membrane filtration technology widely used for water purification, wastewater treatment, and industrial process separation. The system consists of numerous hollow fiber membranes, which are fine, tube-like structures with porous walls. These fibers, typically made from materials like polyethersulfone (PES) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), provide a high surface area for efficient filtration.

In pressure-driven UF, feed water is forced through the fiber walls under applied pressure, allowing water and small solutes to pass while retaining suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and macromolecules. The hollow fiber design enhances mechanical strength and fouling resistance while enabling backwashing for cleaning.

Key advantages include compact design, high filtration efficiency, low energy consumption, and scalability for various applications, from drinking water production to bioprocessing. Its modular configuration allows flexible system design, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale operations. Hollow Fiber Pressure UF is a reliable solution for achieving high-quality filtrate with minimal operational complexity.
