With the growing concern of the shortage of water resources and water pollution, water saving and transfer water cannot solve the coastal city water crisis fundamentally. 3、Cost Benefit Analysis:
 
The production cost of water desalination system: Chemical Cost (Flocculant, bectericide, scale inhibitor and reducing agent) is 0.35 yuan /ton  electricity cost of pumps and other electrical equipment is 2.35 yuan /ton, labor and management costs 0.5 yuan /ton, total operation cost is 3.2 yuan /ton. The desalination cost comes mainly from electricity, while power plants have the advantage of cost in this respect. The project can save about 1,750,000 tons of tap water annually, effectively alleviate the serious shortage of fresh water in the area, and the environmental and economic benefits are obvious.
