3. Cost - Benefit Analysis
 
The capacity of this  sewage recycling project is designed  as 600m3/h, daily output of 14,000 M3  desalted water, daily water saving 14,000 M3, save  water  about 5, 250 ,000 m3 annually. According to the fixed assets depreciation, energy consumption, the consumption of reagents and artificial management, cost accounting, the desalted water production cost is 3 yuan / ton, the local industrial water price is 3.40 yuan / ton. As the process water, it needs further desalting treatment. The water saving and emission reduction of this plant has been continuously take the leading position in the industry. It has realized the "win-win" strategy in the waste water treatment industry.
